Here I spent 3 nights and loved being in this place. The property seemed fairly clean and the room was spotless and compact. Its fantastic, very central location was a plus. I checked out a green Flag park, that was set at a moderate distance from the property. Fabulously friendly, amiable staff that were happy to help.

The hotel offers excellent and unbeatable location near to the pier and all the other attractions like the aquarium, the amusements and the Theatre and most of the Social clubs. Also, it's 2 km from Cleveleys Front Promenade.

Sincerely, it was a wonderful stay. Location was excellent, just 15 minutes to Skegness train station by walking. Wellies Bar is just a walk down to the hotel. Just a 5-minute stroll from skegness pier, which was a big plus.
